Ways to Use This Form

You may have a general enquiry about the work of SGM.

You may be seeking info about a specific SGM event.

It's a good way to send feedback about how an SGM event was helpful for you. Others may be helped by us publishing such info. We do not publish identifiable information. Inasmuch as we apply for funding it is always helpful to have current feedback.

Suggestions about how this website could be more user friendly are always welcome. If you've noted it, it is likely an issue for others too.

The 'Upload File' facility is a good way to send us a picture or image that others may appreciate. If sending such a file, please use the 'Comment' field to give us permission to publish your material. If it is not your own the file, please say so and provide contact info for the person who might give us permission to use it.

Similarly, you can 'upload' a document - perhaps a book review, report, or other material that SGM may appreciate. If we cannot use it, we may send it on to 'Refresh' our national periodical publication.
