"What we take in by contemplation, that we pour out in love."
"The outward work will never be puny if the inward work is great."

I will be running an online Retreat in September on Pilgrimage. In this retreat we look at our life journeys through the lens of pilgrimage. Some of the topics covered include our longings, risks of embracing change, what we carry with us, going beyond the safety and security of the familiar, releasing our hold onto maps and plans for our journey, facing detours and delays and facing growth and change. If any of this resonates with you, you may want to consider joining me on this Retreat.

Currently we are drafting the SGM Wellington/Kapiti programme for 2014. This will be included in the 2014 SGM National Calendar. You can view the current (2013) Calendar below.
This is an invitation to qualified and registered Spiritual Directors who subscribe to SGM's focus on the Christian Heritage of Contemplative Spirituality. If you would like your planned event/s for 2014 included in the Calendar, please send information to the SGM Wellington Planning Group via Terry Alve by 31 August 2013. Also you are welcomed to request that we provide a contemplative spirituality event for your local church or ministry unit.
It's around this time of the year annually that interested people are invited to apply to join the Spiritual Director's Formation Programme offered by Spiritual Growth Ministries Nationally. More info is available via the brochure below.
